Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the hospital. Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure accurate posting and timely completion of accounting entries.
- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Support statutory compliance, audit requirements, and other finance-related activities.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Requirements





- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Hospital/Healthcare accounting experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting-related software.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in hospital accounting, healthcare billing, IP/OP billing, pharmacy accounts, purchase accounts, or hospital finance operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
