AI/ML Engineer

Location: Malad-West, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, model development, and real-world AI implementation across various domains.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build intelligent systems that drive automation, prediction, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
- Build and optimize deep learning models for structured and unstructured data
- Develop data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and transformation
- Implement model training, evaluation, and performance tuning
- Deploy ML models into production environments
- Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics projects (based on business needs)
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams for AI integration
- Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility of models

Required Technical Skills

Programming & Tools:

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn




- Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras
- Knowledge of OpenCV (for Computer Vision projects)
- Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers)

Data & Model Management:

- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Strong understanding of supervised & unsupervised learning
- Knowledge of model evaluation techniques
- Experience with SQL / PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with REST API integration

Deployment & MLOps:

- Experience deploying models using Docker or similar tools
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Model monitoring and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI / LLM integration
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
- Experience with Redis or caching systems
- Experience in handling large datasets and distributed computing
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
