Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined TAT/SLA.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work from office.
