- Explain company products and services.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Record call details and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly closing leads
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and/or English or any other languages
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
