Pravin Shah & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm with offices in Mulund (West) and South Mumbai, is inviting applications from candidates who have cleared CA Intermediate and are not appearing for the November 2026 CA Final examination.

We are also open to commerce graduates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in taxation, audit, or accounting.

This role offers structured, hands-on exposure to taxation, audit, accounting, and regulatory compliance in a professional Chartered Accountancy practice.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance and return filing
- Assist with tax assessments and related documentation
- Work on statutory audit and tax audit assignments
- Handle MCA and ROC filings and other regulatory compliance
- Prepare and assist with finalisation of financial statements
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with clients regarding day-to-day compliance requirements
- Assist seniors in assignments relating to taxation, audit, and accounting
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work with accuracy and attention to detail

ELIGIBILITY

- CA Intermediate cleared; both groups preferred




- Candidates should not be registered for or appearing in the November 2026 CA Final examination
- Commerce graduates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in taxation, audit, or accounting may also apply
- Good working knowledge of accounting and taxation fundamentals
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to skilled standards
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
