Bhardwaj Financial Services is looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers, explain our financial services and follow up on interested leads.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact assigned leads and potential customers through phone calls.
- Explain services such as Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Business Loans and Personal Loans.
- Understand customers’ requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Communicate with customers politely and professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates may also apply.




- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Confident and customer-friendly communication.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
