Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage and support the technology operations of our hospital. The role includes overseeing IT infrastructure, hospital applications, network systems, technical support, data protection, and day-to-day IT activities across departments.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of healthcare IT systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to coordinate IT operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support hospital information systems and related applications.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of hospital software, billing systems, laboratory systems, radiology systems, and other digital applications.
- Monitor and maintain servers, network systems, computers, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and communication equipment.
- Provide timely technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with software providers, hardware vendors, and external service teams.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, service agreements, and maintenance records.
- Support software upgrades, system improvements, integrations, and new technology implementations.
- Monitor data backup, user access, and basic information security practices.
- Maintain appropriate documentation related to IT operations and maintenance.
- Lead and coordinate the IT support team.




- Provide technical assistance and guidance to hospital departments.
- Support the implementation of hospital IT procedures and quality requirements.
- Ensure smooth and reliable IT services for day-to-day hospital operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare IT operations will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of computer networks, servers, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of hospital management systems and healthcare applications is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
