Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the loading and accurate dispatch of finished castings.
- Prepare Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, Packing Lists, and E-Way Bills.
- Work with Production, Quality Control, and Stores to confirm stock readiness.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely vehicle placement and delivery tracking.
- Log dispatch details and maintain stock records in ERP or MS Excel.
- Verify part labeling, quantities, and rust protection before dispatch.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Stores in a Foundry/Manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and dispatch documentation.
