*JOB SUMMARY:*
We are seeking a charming, well-groomed and guest-focused Restaurant Hostess to be the first face of our restaurant. The Hostess will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for all our guests.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*1. Guest Handling:*
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and polite greeting
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations, waiting list and table allocations efficiently
- Maintain eye contact and positive body language
*2. Lobby & Front Desk Management:*
- Ensure Hostess stand is always clean, organized and presentable
- Maintain reservation book / system (Resy / Petpooja / Dineout)
- Handle incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
*3. Coordination:*
- Coordinate with Captain, Stewards and Service team for smooth table turnover
- Inform guests about waiting time and special offers / events
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to Manager if needed
*4. Grooming & Discipline:*
- Maintain company grooming standards strictly:
- Neat makeup, hair bun with black net, trimmed & clean nails, light perfume
- Small stud earrings only, No rings / Kaada / heavy jewelry
- Clean, pressed and well-fitted uniform with polished shoes
- Punctuality and discipline on the floor
*QUALIFICATION:* 12th Pass / Graduate
*SALARY:* As per industry standards + Meals + Accommodation
