We are hiring energetic and result-driven professionals for the role of Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to business expansion in the EdTech domain.

Mandatory requirements-

- 3–6 years of experience
- Minimum 1years of mandatory experience in EdTech sales

Key responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, and closing
- Handle high-value prospects and build strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies

Other Requirements

- Proven track record in sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills




- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of EdTech products/services

Education

- UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com / BBA (Non-Tech)
- PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Age Criteria

- Up to 31 years

Background

EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech experience

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,140,000.00 per year
