Job Summary

The Restaurant Captain oversees daily floor operations, leads the service team, and ensures exceptional guest service while maintaining restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support the service team during shifts.
- Welcome guests and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Conduct team briefings and assist in staff training.
- Monitor table service and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–2 years of restaurant service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong command of English (Mandatory)
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
