Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Graphic Designer at Torrocks Defence & Aerospace Communications located in Gurugram. We are looking for a Visual Designer who can turn ideas into stunning visuals. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create impactful visual content, this is your chance to shine. From digital to print, you’ll craft designs that captivate audiences and elevate brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Development:
Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements
Develop layouts, graphics, and illustrations for print materials such as brochures, posters, and packaging

Brand Identity & Guidelines:
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets
Design branding elements such as logos, icons, and typography as needed

Collaboration & Ideation:
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualise and execute design projects
Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts

Prototyping & Feedback:
Develop prototypes or mockups for presentations and stakeholder reviews
Incorporate feedback to refine designs and deliver high-quality outputs

Trend Awareness & Innovation:




Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects
Experiment with new design approaches and tools to push creative boundaries

Asset Management:
Organise and maintain a library of design assets and project files
Ensure timely delivery of assets to meet project deadlines

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a visual or graphic design role within an agency or creative environment
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
AI generation using Nano Banana, ChatGPT and other relevant AI tools
Prompting skills for AI image generation
Solid portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums
Excellent typography, layout, and colour theory skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus
