About the Role:

Handle inbound & outbound international customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, transactions, and products.
Resolve International customer queries , concerns, and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Update customer interactions and details in the system.
Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when needed.

Qualifications




Fresher to 3 years of experience in Customer Service in an International Process.
Excellent English communication skills required (C1).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs.

Pay range and compensation package
The maximum budget is 3.2 LPA; please apply if you are comfortable with it.
