Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Manager (6–7+ years of experience) to manage and support end-to-end HR operations for our growing global team. This is an onsite role based in Mohali, requiring strong execution, ownership and the ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, operations and support roles
Develop and implement HR processes, SOPs and documentation
Oversee onboarding and training workflows
Monitor employee performance, KPIs and productivity
Maintain HR records, contracts and compliance documentation
Support employee engagement and communication across teams
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Compliance & Operations
Research and implement driver recruitment compliance requirements
Ensure compliance for onboarding operators and chauffeurs
Maintain documentation related to licensing, eligibility and onboarding




Support a basic compliance understanding across the UK, Europe, the UAE and the USA
Required Qualifications
6–7+ years of experience in HR, recruitment or talent management, including at least 2 years in a managerial or standalone HR role
Proven experience in a startup or early-stage business — you've built processes rather than inherited them
Strong experience in recruitment & onboarding
Experience in HR operations & documentation
Experience in employee relations
Good understanding of HR policies and Indian labour compliance basics
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced onsite environment
Proficiency in HR tools and systems
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring tech teams (developers, QA, etc.)
Exposure to multi-location or international teams
Familiarity with mobility, transport or the service industry
