About the Role
We are looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator – Site & Approvals to coordinate with electrical consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and project teams for product approvals and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Visit project sites regularly for inspections, product demonstrations and approvals.
Coordinate with electrical/MEP consultants, contractors, architects and site engineers.




Handle product submissions, technical documents, samples and approval processes.
Follow up on project specifications, BOQs, tenders and material requirements.
Understand electrical drawings and basic electrical installations.
Identify upcoming projects and support the sales team in project conversion.
Maintain project-wise follow-up and site visit reports.
Coordinate between clients, consultants, site teams and the internal sales/technical team.
Travel to project sites as required.
Qualification
Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
2–5 years of experience in electrical projects, MEP, building materials, electrical products or site coordination.
Valuable knowledge of electrical products and basic electrical systems.
Experience dealing with consultants, contractors and project teams will be preferred.
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Must be comfortable with regular site visits and travelling.
