Role Summary

This is a high-impact Founder's Office role that works directly with the Founder to drive cross-functional initiatives across technology, AI, product innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of strategic initiatives, including technology roadmap execution, AI adoption, process improvement, evaluation of SaaS platforms, automation projects, vendor management, business research, and stakeholder coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, enjoys solving complex problems, learns quickly, takes ownership, and thrives in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Coordination
Coordinate product enhancement initiatives with PMO & Engineering
Track technology roadmap execution
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Maintain project dashboards and progress updates

Innovation
Explore new systems and tools
Research emerging technologies and AI tools




Evaluate new SaaS products and platforms
Compare vendors and prepare recommendation reports
Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency

Business Excellence
Drive operational improvement initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects
Document business processes
Support implementation of recent systems

Strategic Research
Conduct market and competitor research
Prepare executive summaries
Build presentations and business notes
Analyse industry trends

Founder Support
Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives
