Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Gold Loan department - Banking, NBFCs
Experience in gold loan sourcing, customer acquisition, gold appraisal/valuation, loan processing, and customer relationship management will be preferred
Candidates with prior experience in Gold Loan sales or operations will have an added advantage
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in Gold Loan department - Banking, or NBFC
Should be comfortable with customer acquisition, field sales, loan sourcing, and branch-level business development
Immediate joiners will be given preference
