Job Title: Sales Executive – Potting Compounds (Silicone & Polyurethane)

Base Location: Delhi (In-Office & On-Field with Pan-India Travel)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive based in Delhi to join our specialty materials division. You will drive sales for our high-performance Silicone and Polyurethane potting compounds across key sectors such as Electronics, EV, LED, and Solar.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical sales, client acquisition, and account management for Silicone & Polyurethane potting solutions.
Conduct field visits to client manufacturing sites across India to understand technical requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals to engineers and procurement teams.
Coordinate between clients and our R&D; team to deliver tailored material solutions.

Requirements:
Academic background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering , or a related technical field.
Prior experience in industrial sales, specialty chemicals, adhesives, or potting compounds preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
