Hiring | Production Manager – Jewellery Manufacturing Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10–15 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing/production .
Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive productivity, quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage production schedules and daily operations.
Oversee end-to-end jewellery manufacturing and workflow.
Manage production teams, manpower and resource allocation.
Coordinate across CAD, CAM, Casting, Setting, Polishing, Plating, QC and Dispatch .
Monitor WIP, productivity, quality and production targets.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, inventory and dispatch teams.
Drive process improvements, SOPs and operational efficiency.




Prepare MIS and provide regular production updates to management.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes.
Proven experience in production planning and team management.
Strong understanding of quality, productivity and delivery management.
Good knowledge of MIS and MS Excel .
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
Relevant degree/diploma in Production, Jewellery Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
