Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for RHEL servers across Production, UAT, and Development environments
• Troubleshoot OS, filesystem, network, hardware, and performance issues
• Perform patching, upgrades,



and security hardening activities
• Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, logs, and server services
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests within SLA timelines
• Support backup, recovery, provisioning, migration, and decommissioning activities
• Coordinate with application, database, storage, and network teams during issue resolution
• Participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance activities
