WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Test rigs and ground support equipment for DRDO, HAL and the Indian

Armed Forces. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ammunition test machines.

Aircraft ground power units. You take a customer requirement, work out

the engineering, produce the drawings and then watch our shop floor

build the thing you designed.

We are a 100-engineer company founded in 2003 by an IIT Kanpur engineer.

400+ systems delivered. ISO 9001:2015, DGAQA approved. Our machines ship

to the United Kingdom and Germany.

Most mechanical jobs in NCR are maintenance or supervision. This one is

design.

YOUR SALARY, AND WHERE IT GOES

From NIT / IIT or equivalent .......... Rs 4 -10 Lakhs per year

From other engineering colleges ....... Rs 3 -5 Lakhs per year

Decided by how you do on the test and in the interview.

Then it rises by a MINIMUM OF 15% EVERY YEAR more if you perform.

Start at Rs 4 L -> 4.60 -> 5.29 -> Rs 6.08 L by year four

Start at Rs 6 L -> 6.90 -> 7.93 -> Rs 9.13 L by year four

That is a 52% rise, in writing, before any promotion. Most companies

give 6-8% a year. We put ours in the contract.

THE TEST IS THE REAL GATE NOT YOUR RANK

JEE Mains under 1 lakh? You qualify.

Above 1 lakh? A strong score in our written test qualifies you just

as well. We have hired people whose rank was above 1 lakh, because





they were good engineers.

The CBT is core mechanical thermodynamics, strength of materials,

fluid mechanics, machine design, manufacturing, plus maths, physics

and reasoning. Prepare for it and it will do more for you than any

rank ever did.

• 3 months of intensive on-the-job training before you own anything

to solve housing alone in a new city

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering

• Real command of core subjects — we will test it, not assume it

• Able to read a technical drawing and think in engineering terms

• 70%+ in 10th, 12th and B.Tech preferred, not compulsory

• Willing to learn rapid and carry your own projects

ONE THING TO BE CLEAR ABOUT BEFORE YOU APPLY

We ask for a 3-year commitment, and we mean it. Defence programmes

run for years, and a team member leaving mid-programme costs the

project badly.

So we ask for three years — and in return we guarantee, in writing,

a minimum 15% raise every one of those years. It is a commitment

both ways.
