Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT / Mobile Application Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mobile and web-based technology projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across iOS, Android, and backend platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Agile delivery, mobile app lifecycles, and enterprise IT environments, with a proven ability to drive quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the complete delivery lifecycle of IT and Mobile Application projects (iOS, Android, Web, APIs, Cloud).
- Lead cross-functional teams including Mobile Developers, Backend Engineers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.
- Excellent team handling, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Plan, track, and deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Define project roadmaps, sprint plans, release plans, and milestone tracking.
- Act as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
- Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews,



and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical constraints.
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and resource utilization.
- Manage change requests, scope creep, and release coordination.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and app store guidelines.
- Mentor junior project managers, leads, and team members.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years managing IT / Mobile App projects.
- Robust understanding of mobile application development lifecycles (iOS, Android).
- Solid experience in Agile / Scrum Hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing API-driven architectures, cloud-based services, and third-party integrations.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
