- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy MDM solutions using STIBO MDM/STEP tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on MDM best practices, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
- Develop solid relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
