Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire current customers for Equipment Finance products.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, dealer networks, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
