Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and configuration.
- Ensure seamless integration of recent technologies into existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical support to users on Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, networking issues, and other related topics.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in IT System Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Troubleshooting, Networking concepts.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
