About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Manager / HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR Analytics, HR MIS, HRMS management, policy documentation, SOP development, dashboard reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to convert HR data into meaningful business insights for leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Generate periodic HR reports related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, performance, and employee data.
- Perform HR analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Manage HRMS data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Create Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and automation reports.
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for reporting requirements.
- Drive HR process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support HR technology enhancements and automation projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for management reviews.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in HR Analytics and HR MIS.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas)
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, and HR documentation.
- Experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and KPI dashboards.
- Valuable understanding of HR operations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of PMS and performance management processes.
- Exposure to HR automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in process improvement and documentation.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Systems.
- Experience in HRMS, MIS reporting, and dashboard creation is mandatory.
