Job Purpose:The responsibility of this role is to handle production operation & monitoring criteria to ensure finished products meet company standards.Role & responsibilities

- Operators must known and follow Food Safety Standards & Quality standards, Policies, Procedures, & Processes that are designed & necessary to ensure Protected & Quality Food Products.
- Follow government regulations & ISO Requirements.
- Manpower handling at shop floor.
- Updating daily Production report and shop floor stock report.
- Produce the product to meet out the quality standards & specifications.
- Update new process/ operation techniques to minimize the wastage and reworks.
- Monitor & control the process parameters to maintain the product safety and standard.

Qualification & Experience:

- Educational qualifications : 12/ ITI / DIPLOMA
- Relevant experience : Fresher or Minimum 1- 2 years

Knowledge:

- System Knowledge
- Basic knowledge on Machine safety & personnel safety on job.
