Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain relationships
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Resolve customer queries in a polite and qualified manner

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Good convincing and negotiation skills

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience & interview)
- Incentive: 5% additional incentive on achieving monthly target

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: [6 days/week]

Working Hours: [11 AM – 7 PM]
