Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for International Voice Process roles with leading organizations across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle international customers over voice calls.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Maintain qualified communication and a positive customer experience.
- EligibilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process requirements.
- Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Voice / Customer Support / Technical Support will be preferred.
