We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to manage our store counter and day-to-day store activities.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers at the store.
- Explain products and help customers choose the right products.
- Handle billing and cash/UPI payments.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement at the store.
- Keep the store clean, organized and presentable.
- Check product availability and inform the team about low-stock items.
- Receive and arrange incoming stock.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and labelled.
- Maintain basic store records and daily sales information.
- Provide a friendly and qualified customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and smartphone/computer use.
- Honest, responsible and punctual.
- Willingness to learn about Kalyatatva products.
- Previous retail/store experience is preferred but not mandatory.
