Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in WordPress development, API integrations, automation, landing page development & optimization, website performance optimization, and sales funnels.

This is not an SEO-focused role. We are looking for someone who can build fast, conversion-focused websites and landing pages, integrate different tools/platforms through APIs, and create automated digital systems and funnels.

The candidate will work closely with our Digital Marketing, Automation, and Business teams to develop and optimize our digital infrastructure.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain professional WordPress websites and landing pages
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, widgets, and functionalities based on business requirements
- Build high-converting landing pages, sales pages, webinar pages, thank-you pages, and lead-generation pages
- Integrate WordPress with third-party platforms using APIs, Webhooks, and other integration methods
- Build and manage automation workflows connecting websites, CRM, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email marketing tools, lead management systems, and other platforms
- Develop and maintain sales funnels and lead-generation funnels
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates, user experience, page speed, and performance
- Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, security, and overall performance
- Troubleshoot WordPress, plugin, theme, API, webhook,



and integration-related issues
- Configure and troubleshoot forms, tracking scripts, pixels, payment integrations, and lead capture systems
- Test websites and funnels across different devices and browsers
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for technical and conversion improvements
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and Automation teams to implement campaigns and funnel requirements
- Maintain proper documentation of integrations, automations, and website configurations
- RequirementsProven hands-on experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, page builders, and customization
- Positive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, or similar tools
- Experience developing and optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
- Good understanding of conversion optimization (CRO), user experience, and funnel flow
- Experience with website speed and performance optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, CDN, website migration, and backups
- Ability to integrate CRMs, payment gateways, WhatsApp/API platforms,



email marketing platforms, analytics, and other marketing tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple websites and projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with marketing and business teams

Preferred SkillsCandidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

- Relevant practical experience and demonstrated technical skills will be given higher importance than educational qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience preferred
