- Perform routine service, maintenance, and repair of electric two-wheelers (battery, motor, wiring, controller, brakes, suspension, etc.)
- Handle vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
- Assist in battery testing, replacement, and connector repairs.
- Coordinate with the central service team/R&D; team for any technical escalation or major issues.
- Maintain daily service records, job sheets, and customer interaction logs.
- Manage and maintain tools, spares, and service inventory.
