Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
Talent Acquisition Source candidates through referrals, networking, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidates for role and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Offer & Joining Management Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Ensure successful candidate joining and a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until onboarding.
