Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day production activities at our manufacturing unit in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating production activities, managing workers, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily production activities.
- Coordinate with workers and production team to achieve daily targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain proper workflow and productivity on the shop floor.
- Monitor the use of raw materials, tools, and machinery.
- Ensure production is carried out according to quality standards.
- Identify and report production issues, machine problems, or delays.
- Maintain production records, reports,



and daily updates.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Support continuous improvement in production processes.
- RequirementsAge: Minimum 23 years and maximum 32 years.
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma, ITI, or Graduate candidates may be considered.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Basic understanding of production/manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage workers and handle production responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Candidates who are responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented are preferred.
