* Experience - 0 - 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/production units.

Job Responsibilities - Maintenance Electrician

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production machines and utility equipment.

- Install, maintain, and repair motors, starters, control panels, MCC panels, distribution boards, transformers, and electrical wiring.

- Diagnose problems related to contactors, relays, overloads, sensors, switches, VFDs, and control circuits.

- Perform electrical maintenance of manufacturing machines and production lines.

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams.

- Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machines and industrial automation systems.

- Check electrical parameters such as voltage, current, insulation resistance,



and continuity using appropriate testing instruments.

- Conduct regular inspection of electrical installations and identify potential failures or safety hazards.

- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts used.

- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of recent electrical equipment and machinery.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE requirements, and company safety standards.

- Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the maintenance area.

- Support energy-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and within the required time.
