Handles vendor sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, purchase orders, and timely material delivery as per project schedule. Coordinates with planning, site, stores, QA/QC, and accounts teams to ensure quality compliance, cost control, and proper documentation. Ensures materials meet approved specifications, BOQ, and budget requirements.
