Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth across our Real Estate and FMCG verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and field visits as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/lead information.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order/sales execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to work in field sales and meet customers when required.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome.
