Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manger to manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR practices and be capable of handling multiple HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment





Manage employee onboarding and documentation.

Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related activities.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.

Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes.

Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and relieving documentation.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records.

Support HR policy implementation and process improvements.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of HR functions.

Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.

Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Education: Any Graduate

Must be comfortable working from the Mohali office.
