Job Purpose

Lead the Aerospace Machine Shop to achieve production, quality, delivery, and productivity targets while ensuring compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of VMC, CNC Turning & Milling operations.

• Ensure on-time delivery, optimum machine utilization, and manpower productivity.

• Lead and develop a team of 50+ operators, supervisors, and shift leaders.

• Productivity improvement, rejection reduction, and cost optimization.





• Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, quality systems, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth production.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen.

• Support new product introduction, process validation, and production readiness.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in Aerospace Precision Machining is mandatory.

• Robust knowledge of VMC, CNC Turning & Milling processes.

• Proven leadership in high-volume, precision manufacturing environments.
