Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calling, networking, references, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Explain company services/products to clients and handle their queries.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other required documents.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain regular updates of sales activities and client interactions.
- Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals.
