We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage our complete human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, recruitment, employee-management, and organizational skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Create job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Manage employee performance and appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, and salary-related activities with accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.




- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage employee exits, resignation, full & final settlement, and exit formalities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification:- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
