We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle in-store sales, online order confirmations, and customer communication via calls and emails. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, maintaining order accuracy, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities-

Offline (In-Store) Sales

- Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting footwear and accessories
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and sizing
- Close sales and ensure a positive in-store customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and basic display of products in the store

Online Order & Customer Handling

- Make confirmation calls for online orders (COD & prepaid)
- Verify customer details such as address, size, and availability
- Coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth order processing
- Follow up with customers in case of delivery issues or queries

Customer Communication

- Respond to customer emails professionally regarding orders, returns, and general queries
- Maintain polite, clear, and timely communication on calls and emails




- Update customers regarding order status when required

Basic Operations Support

- Maintain daily sales records (offline & online)
- Assist in reducing RTO by proper order verification
- Coordinate with the team for returns, exchanges, and complaints
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Comfortable making customer calls and writing simple professional emails
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and billing systems
- Prior experience in retail sales / customer support is a plus
- Preferred Candidate- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
