JOB DESCRIPTION:
- contact customers through phone calls, emails, messages, and personal visits regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans and payment commitments with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Update collection status in the company’s CRM or collection software.
- Investigate and trace customers with incorrect or changed contact details.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
