Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 10 to 20 collection executives or agents.
- Target Achievement: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rates, call metrics, and daily productivity targets.
- Escalation Handling: Handle critical customer escalations, disputes, and high-risk delinquent accounts.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all recovery practices follow company policies, local regulations, and legal guidelines (such as Debt Recovery Agent standards).
- Performance Review: Conduct regular performance evaluations, feedback sessions,

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in financial collections, credit control, or a related BPO/banking sector.
