? Job Responsibilities

Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead generation.

Sell personal loan and other financial products to eligible customers.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful cases.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

? Eligibility

Any Graduate with relevant experience.





2–3 years of experience in Sales / Banking / Finance / NBFC preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Languages: English, Kannada, Telugu & Hindi preferred.

Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates.

Willingness to work from office and handle sales activities.

? Salary & Benefits

Annual CTC: ₹1.60 – ₹2.50 LPA

Petrol Allowance: ₹1,200/month

Training Support: ₹2,000/month for the first 3 months

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000/month*
