Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate (Female)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days/Week (Sunday Leave)

- Attend incoming customer calls and explain project details clearly
- Follow up persistently with enquiries to fix site visits
- Convert marketing-generated calls into qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status
- Coordinate with the CRM/Sales team on lead handovers

Requirements:

- Any degree (or 12th pass with good communication)
- Good communication skills; soft-spoken and customer-friendly
- Patient, polite, and consistent in follow-ups
- Basic computer/data entry skills preferred
