Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the launch, daily management, and growth of our online store. In this role, you will own the backend operations, maintain the website, manage inventory, and ensure our customers receive excellent service. You will act as the central hub of our e-commerce business, collaborating closely with our design and marketing teams to drive sales and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Launch & Website Management

- Manage the successful launch of the e-commerce platform and oversee daily website updates.
- Ensure all product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized.
- Troubleshoot minor frontend/backend website issues and maintain site health.

Operations & Inventory Management

- Monitor and manage stock levels, tracking inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.




- Process incoming orders and coordinate with fulfillment partners or logistics teams.
- Analyze sales data and website metrics to suggest improvements for increasing conversion rates.

Team Coordination & Customer Experience

- Act as the main point of contact for the design team to coordinate banners, product images, and promotional assets.
- Manage customer service channels, responding promptly to inquiries, returns, and reviews to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of experience managing an e-commerce store backend.
- Deep proficiency with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to coordinate across design and tech teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
