Hiring: Civil Project Coordinator || Sr Contracts Engineer (Residential Construction) – Bengaluru

Role Summary:

Drive coordination between site, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of residential projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects & Vendors

Track daily site progress, timelines & deliverables

Ensure material planning & timely procurement follow-ups

Monitor project schedules and highlight delays

Maintain reports, BOQs, and project documentation

Conduct regular site coordination and review meetings

Ensure quality and process adherence at site

Experience Required 6–12 years in residential construction projects

Solid coordination experience with site teams

Must-Have Skills:

Good knowledge of construction processes & site execution

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel & basic project tracking tools

Kannada is preferred.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates from residential/villa/apartment projects
