Madhuram Suits is looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage our complete garment production process from fabric and dyeing to finished garments and dispatch.

The candidate should have robust practical experience in textile/garment manufacturing, ethnic wear, job-work management, production planning and team handling.

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production from fabric, dyeing, processing, embroidery/printing to stitching, finishing and dispatch.
- Plan production according to orders and delivery timelines.
- Manage job workers, vendors and production manpower.
- Monitor quality, wastage, production cost and delivery schedules.
- Track order-wise production and resolve delays or production issues.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Quality and other departments.
- Maintain production reports and provide updates to management.

- Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Textile / Garment / Apparel Production.
- Experience in ethnic wear, ladies suits, dresses, Punjabi suits or similar garments preferred.
- Strong practical experience in job work, vendor management and end-to-end production.
