Key Responsibilities:

Allocate sales personnel to customers based on availability and territory.

Enter and maintain accurate data for quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders in the computer system.

Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.

Coordinate with sales team and other departments to ensure timely order processing.

Support the sales team with data management, follow-ups, and customer information updates.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales-related documents and records.

Perform basic calculations to verify pricing, discounts, and totals.

Use Excel and other MS Office tools to create reports, track sales activities, and analyze data.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to sales and customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Basic knowledge of sales processes and order management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Solid mathematical skills for accurate data entry and calculations.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in sales support, administration, or data entry is a plus but not mandatory.
